Q: Are children allowed?
A: Receiving a service at Duane Coleman and Company Salon is a time for "Personal Pampering". Our salon policy requires that children under the age of 13 visiting the salon without a scheduled appointment are not permitted. This salon policy is strictly observed. Keep in mind that children are warmly welcomed to receive salon services, and only during this time are they permitted. The salon has had positive feedback regarding this policy. We assure you will enjoy your time of "Personal Pampering", while protecting the safety of all children when visiting Duane Coleman and Company Salon. Discounts are not available for children.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: As a consideration to other guest who may be able to utilize your scheduled appointment, please notify us of a conflict 24 hours in advance. There will be a $35 service fee for all cancellations given less than 24 hours notice. A no call/no show will be assessed full fee for services scheduled. Everyone has situations that are beyond their control andd we take those into consideration.
Q: Is there a deposit needed to schedule an appointment?
A. There is no deposit required excepect for clients scheduling hair augmentation. A 50% deposit is need for all hair augmentation appointments.

Through our services, we pledge a commitment to provide qualified and competent care with thoughtfullness and respect for our clients.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes prior ro your service(s). This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service(s). to assure that our staff stays on schedule and provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time.
You should avoid the consumption of caffeinated or alcoholic beverages prior to any chemical services.
If you have a medical condition or pregnant, it is imperative that you inform the reservations desk when making your appointment and your stylist prior to any services.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit and Gift Cards.
LOST ARTICLES
We ask clients to keep up with their personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost items.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Duane Coleman and Company Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.
